– 4 burger patties

– 8 tsp minced white onions

– 2/3 cup mayonnaise

Steps:

3. Open the bread in half and add 2 tsp of the sauce inside the bottom and top buns, then sprinkle 1/4 tsp of the onion, followed by the lettuce. Now add the American cheese, 3 pieces of pickled cucumber and then a burger patty. Now add the bottom piece of bread and repeat the same steps again for the second layer. 

4. Now place the sandwich in the microwave for 15 seconds.

How to make KFC Chicken

– 1 full chicken divided into 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks

– 1 Tbsp of each (paprika, kosher salt, brown sugar)

– 1 egg white

– 2 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp chili (if desired)

– Salt and black pepper (to taste)

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp ground spices

– 1/2 tsp of each (thyme, sage, marjoram, basil) dried

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

1. Add a lot of oil in a frying pan and leave it on the heat till it warms up.

2. In a deep bowl, mix all the spices together and add the flour.

3. In another bowl, dip the chicken pieces in the egg whites.

4. Transfer the chicken pieces to the bowl with the spices and flour, coating both sides before setting them aside to dry.

5. Start frying the chicken in the pan, until they’re golden and crispy.

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 6 cups vegetable oil

– 1/2 cup of flour

– 5 Tbsp paprika

– 2 tsp of onion and garlic powder

– 1 tsp ground black pepper

Steps:

1. Using a sharp knife, cut the tops and bottoms of the potato, until they’re flat.

2. Use a curly potato cutter to get the shape you want.

3. Put the potatoes in a bowl with hot water for 30 minutes.

4. In a pan, heat the milk until right before it boils.

5. In another pot, melt a piece of butter and add the flour to it, constant stirring until it turns into a dough.

6. Next, add the hot milk to the dough, stirring for 5 minutes.

7. Add the cheese, salt and pepper, and continue to stir until everything’s mixed. Let it simmer over low heat.

8. Drain and take out the potatoes from the water and add a lot of oil to a frying pan on the stove.  

9. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and coat the potatoes with it.

10. Now, fry the potatoes in for 4 to 5 minutes until they’re golden.

11. Take them out and let them sit on a plate with tissue paper to absorb the extra oil and then transfer it to your serving dish.

12. Take the cheese sauce off the heat and pour it over the fries.

  • 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 quart canola oil, or as needed
  • sea salt to taste

  1. Place potatoes in a bowl and cover with water; let sit for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water; add sugar and corn syrup and mix well. Place bowl in the refrigerator and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Spread potatoes out in a baking dish, cover the dish with plastic wrap, and freeze for 30 minutes.

  • 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • ⅔ cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip)

  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 
1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
3 large eggs 
3/4 cup cornstarch 
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar 
2 tsp. kosher salt 
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
Vegetable oil, for frying (about 3 c.)

Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup BBQ sauce 
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. honey

Step 1 Freeze chicken until completely frozen, about 1 hour.
Step 2 In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, thyme, and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat eggs to blend. Into a third shallow bowl, pour cornstarch. 
Step 3 In a medium bowl, combine chicken, granulated sugar, salt, and MSG (if using). Toss chicken in cornstarch, dredge in egg, then coat in bread crumb mixture, gently pressing to adhere.
Step 4 Into a large heavy skillet fitted with a deep-fry thermometer, pour oil to a depth of 1″ to 2″. Heat over medium heat until thermometer registers 350°.
Step 5 Working in batches, fry chicken, turning occasionally, until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.

Dipping Sauce
Step 1 In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, and honey.
Step 2 Arrange chicken fries on a platter. Serve with sauce alongside.
Step 3 Make Ahead: Sauce can be made 3 days ahead. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, plus more for cooking
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • Butter, for serving
  1. Step 1 In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, oil, and syrup until combined. Add baking powder, flour, and salt. Whisk together until just combined, and not smooth. The lumpier, the better!
  2. Step 2 Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. (If desired, add a little oil or butter here.) Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto the skillet/griddle. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip gently so as to not deflate the rise, and cook for another 2 minutes, or until the hotcakes are cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. Step 3 Serve with maple syrup and a perfectly square pat of butter.

Chick Fil-A Nuggets

For The Chik-Fil-A Sauce

  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp. honey

For The Nuggets

  • 3 large chicken breasts, chopped into irregular bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups pickle juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled 
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

  • For The Chick-fil-A Sauce
    • Step 1In a small bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, mayo, dijon, yellow mustard and honey. Set aside.
  • For The Nuggets
    • Step 1To a large plastic bag, add chicken pieces, pickle brine, garlic cloves, a big pinch of salt, and 8 to 10 grinds of black pepper. Massage marinade over the chicken so that it is totally distributed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 6.
    • Step 2 When chicken is nearly finished marinating, add enough oil to fill a large, heavy-bottom pot about halfway. Place pot over medium high heat and let oil come up to 350º.
    • Step 3 While the oil is preheating, create the wet and dry dredge. In a medium bowl whisk eggs and milk; season with salt and pepper. In another medium bowl, whisk flour, powdered sugar, paprika, garlic powder, 1 Tbsp. salt and 2 tsp. black pepper. Drizzle 2 to 3 Tbsp. egg mixture over the flour then, using your hands or a fork, distribute it through the flour to create little clumps and crumbs. This will create little crunchy bits on the chicken. Set both bowls aside until ready for frying.
    • Step 4 Remove chicken from the plastic bag and discard marinade. Pat chicken totally dry and season thoroughly with salt and pepper. Working in 2 to 3 batches, coat chicken pieces in egg mixture. Toss chicken in spiced flour mixture until fully covered. Shake Nuggets lightly to dislodge any loose flower or breading, then drop them in oil.
    • Step 5 Using tongs or a spider, separate the nuggets once they’ve been added to the oil. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through. Move finished nuggets to a paper towel lined plate to drain then season with salt. (Do not start dredging and breading the next batch until the prior batch has totally finished.)
    • Step 6 Serve immediately with Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce and other dipping sauces.
