Steamed Apples and Pears cubed and slightly pureed with a pinch of cinnamon and all spice.

Standard flapjack stack with a wedge or two of steamed apples and a dash of cinnamon.

Avocado and Banana Smoothie

Avocado and banana puree with a dash of water.

Blueberry & Oatmeal

Oatmeal and pureed blueberries. Tasty and Healthy.

Butternut Squash Soup

Butternut steamed till soft, puree with a dash of water, a little cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Carrot & Sweet Potato Puree

Pureed carrot and sweet potato, wiith a dash of all spice.

Cheesy Cauliflour Mash

Cauliflower steamed and pureed with a small handful of grated cheese.

Chicken & Quinoa Bowl

Slightly seasoned chicken breasts cooked and shredded, some cooked quinoa and a small amount of peas and carrots, makes a delicious lunch or dinner option for your little one.

Lentil Veggie Stew Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup red lentils (rinsed well) – 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped -1 small potato or sweet potato, peeled and diced – 1/2 zucchini or courgette, chopped – 1/4 onion (optional, for babies 8 months+) – 1 small tomato, peeled and chopped (or 2 tbsp puree) – 1 1/2 cups water or sodium-free vegetable broth – 1 tsp olive oil (added after cooking)

Mango & Banana Mash

Pureed mango and banana with a dash of honey.

Mango & Coconut Rice

coconut rice and steamed mango with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Banana & Oats

Cooked oats with a few slices of bananas.

Pea & Mint Puree

Cooked peas and fresh mint in a processor, blended to a puree, served with a protein.

Peach & Yoghurt Delight

Steamed peaches pureed and some plain yoghurt a dash of honey. Tots will love this.

Pumpkin & Quinoa Bowl

Cooked pumpkin and cooked quinoa.

Rice & Apple Pudding

2 tbsp rice (white or brown, well-rinsed) – 1 small apple (peeled, cored, and grated or finely chopped) – 1 cup water or baby’s usual milk (breast milk or formula, added after cooking) – A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for babies 7+ months)

Soft Veggie Pasta

Steamed veggies, cooked pasta with a small smear of butter for extra flavor.

Sweet Potato & Avo Mash

Cooked Sweet Potato and mashed avocado.

Turkey & Apple Bowl

1/4 cup ground turkey or finely chopped cooked turkey breast – 1 small apple (peeled, cored, and finely chopped or grated) – 1/2 small sweet potato or carrot (peeled and diced) 1/2 cup water or sodium-free chicken broth – 1 tsp olive oil or a small knob of unsalted butter (optional, for healthy fats)
